Care instructions

Looking for a sneaker that is machine-washable and still retains its shape? Good news: Your Allbirds sneaker is machine-washable. To prepare, remove the laces and insoles, place your Allbirds in a laundry bag (pro tip: pillowcases are also a good alternative) and put them in the washing machine. Select a gentle cycle with cold water and your favourite mild detergent. After washing, do not put your Shoes in the dryer; instead, shake out the excess water and let them air dry. Do your Shoes need a little extra care? Then simply get a Pair of new laces and insoles.

Ich habe 6 Paar M Tree Runner vom vorherigen Modell, der neue Tree Runner NZ hat absolut nicht mit dem vorherigen gemein.
In der Beschreibung wird mit dem gewohnten Komfort des Tree Runner geworben, dem ist nicht so:

- die Sohlen sind hart
- das Obermaterial ist zu fest und zu weit, schlägt beim laufen falten
- die Ferse ist zu hart
- mit bequem hat das nichts mehr zu tun

Fazit:
Der Schuhe ist in jeder Hinsicht durchgefallen.

Schuh drückt an der Achillessehne.

Besitze schon einige allbirds Schuhe und fand diese bisher super.
Auch der Umtausch funktionierte bisher wunderbar, falls ein Schuh mal zu klein oder groß war. Habe mich sehr gefreut, dass es nun auch halbe Größen gibt.

Dieser Schuh passt, wie bisher alle allbirds Schuhe von der breite super. Reinschlüpfen und wohlfühlen. Qualität ist auch gut. Allerdings drückt der Schuh hinten an der Achillessehne! An der Stelle, an der die allbird-Lasche eingenäht ist.

Das ärgerliche: Beim Anprobieren der Schuhe in der Wohnung ist dies natürlich nicht aufgefallen. Aber nun, da ich die Schuhe seit wenigen Tagen im Alltag auf kurzen Strecken trage, hat es sich bemerkbar gemacht! Man sieht es auch am Fuß.

Also kann ich die Schuhe erst mal nicht weiter anziehen und dafür hatte ich sie ja gekauft. Das ärgert mich nun wirklich sehr. Vor allem, da ich es bei den anderen allbird Schuhen bisher nicht hatte.

2 Paar Schuhe

Guten Tag,
Auf Empfehlung einer Freundin habe
ich All birds Schuhe bestellt und zwar
Tree runner grau. Ich gehe gut in diesem
Schuh, jedoch war er mir etwas zu
gross - das war aber nicht gleich
offensichtlich. Da ich schon in diesem
Schuh auf der Straße war, konnte ich ihn
natürlich nicht mehr umtauschen und
beschloss, mir den gleichen Schuh um
eine Nr. kleiner zu bestellen.
Ich war schon etwas ungehalten, dass
etliche andere Farben dieses Schuhs
günstiger, der graue Schuh, den ich
bestellen wollte, aber deutlich teurer
war als bei der 1. Bestellung!! -
Ein bißl ein Nepp!
Ich freu mich auf meinen neuen
(kleineren) Schuh, werde aber
wegen der oben genannten
Bezahlerfahrung mir gut
überlegen, ob ich noch einmal
etwas bestelle.

De toutes les marques que j'ai essayé Allbirds sont les meilleurs à tout niveau.
Confort, solidité, conception de la chaussures.
Je les porte depuis des années et elles sont toujours impeccable comparé à d'autres marques...
Il n y a que la couleur qui s'estompe et c'est laid mais je préfère ça que des colorants toxiques.
Pour le sport, la ville ou les randonnées peut importe l'usage elles sont le top !
Je n'achète plus que cette marque désormais.

Disappointed with Durability and Comfort After Just Two Weeks

I really wanted to love these shoes. I bought the Tree Runners in black from the Allbirds store in Seoul on September 4th, 2025, right before a two-week trip to Japan. The idea of a lightweight, breathable, and travel-friendly shoe sounded perfect.
Unfortunately, after just two weeks of regular walking and sightseeing, they already look very worn. The black color faded noticeably — especially on the tongue — the heel area is scuffed and worn down, and in two spots the fabric has torn. I also found them less breathable than advertised, and they caused some rubbing around the heel.
I took good care of them during the trip, so I was really surprised to see this level of wear after such a short time. For a product marketed as ideal for travel, I expected better durability and comfort.
I’ve attached photos that show the condition after two weeks of use. I hope Allbirds takes this kind of feedback seriously, because I truly liked the concept of the shoes and would love to see the quality improved.

Colore ingannevole e prezzo spropositato in UE

Compro le tree runner NZ comunque a malincuore perché sono affezionata alle tree runner normali. Mi servivano BIANCHE. Ora, io non so se la tempesta di neve che hanno come nome, avvenga in un luogo pieno di fuligine ma per me la tempesta doveva essere CANDIDA. Le scarpe invece hanno una sfumatura grigiastra e non vedo niente di candido in sostituzione. Inoltre, il prodotto è straordinariamente caro rispetto agli USA. 130 euro contro i 95 euro, 110 dollari in USA. Dazi? Aumenti ad estro? Non sono contenta. Mi spiace perché il prodotto è ottimo e quindi le tre stelle le do.
